Justin from this location is the absolute man. My buddy and I were looking for nice hiking shoes and running shoes, and he knew exactly what to show us. He took us through many shoes that fit to our certain foot features. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with us. This was the epitome of what an experience at a shoe store should feel like. I ended up buying Hokas for hiking and On Clouds for running. I personally experience blisters and pain when I run (in part because of previous poor running shoe choices), but Justin recommended us to where Nylon Polyester socks instead of cotton socks when running or playing certain sports. Great experience and would definitely come back again even though I am not from the area.

Very attentive and knowledgeable staff. Depending on when you go it can be busy. Just be patient with the staff and you will see they provide such great service and can guide you really well on your shoe selection. I really enjoyed the store experience and how patient staff were with all the style shoes I tried on. I felt very confident that I was picked the best shoe for my foot and workout needs.

Best experience we’ve had buying shoes! Finn helped us measure our feet, he brought us several shoe options based on our activity level and foot structure, and helped us weigh the pros and cons of each option. Justin was great to work with - super knowledgeable and friendly. I went in to exchange a pair of On Cloud Stratus 3s that didn't fit. After scanning my feet he recommended New Balance Free Foam X and a pair of RunPro insoles. The fit was perfect!

I'm new to running and didn't know where to start with shoes. Fleet Feet offered a seamless experience in helping me understand the needs of my feet and finding the right pair of shoes. This place is awesome. They have a machine that takes every measurement of your foot possible, and the sales people know everything about the shoes and how they will fit based on the unique shape of your feet. I can’t believe I have been buying sneakers for this many years without this technology and know how. I love my new sneakers!

i had a great fitting experience at the Fleet Feet store on the East Side of Manhattan. The salesperson (Jordan is his name, I think) was so friendly and knowledgeable about the running shoes that I was looking for and helped me sort through the various models of Brooks, leading to my purchasing a pair that I am very satisfied with. Thanks so much to Jordan and Fleet Feet for making my experience so good . . . it is really great to have had a salesperson who explains the difference and pro's/con's so clearly about the various different models and options!

Staff are so courteous and helpful. I'm delighted with my sneaker purchase. They were exactly what I needed to ease my foot pain. Definitely try the Feetures socks, so comfy and cute. The CurRex insoles are a game changer! Will definitely be going back in the very near future.
